Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery time (for reference only):

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: 7–9 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

If any delivery issues occur, please contact customer service immediately.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

CODDA VETTA is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

 

5. Delivery Failures

CODDA VETTA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Uncollected parcels

Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

如发现物流异常，请立即联系我们的客服团队。

4. 关税与税费

国际订单所产生的任何关税、税费或附加费用，均由顾客自行承担。

因海关程序导致的任何延误，CODDA VETTA 概不负责。

5. 配送失败责任

因以下原因导致的配送失败，CODDA VETTA 不承担责任：

  • 地址填写错误或不完整

  • 包裹无人领取

重新寄送所产生的费用将由顾客自行承担。
